Particular points in London will prove to be superior investments to others.
People have been told which areas of London they should target if they wish to make an
investment property purchase.
Ed Mead, director of Douglas & Gordon, explained that there are certain boroughs within the English capital that are more appealing than others.
For example, he suggested that any location that is in demand from foreign buyers is sure to be "doing well at the moment" and will make a good investment.
"So that can include Hampstead, St Johns Wood, Mayfair, Belgravia and Chelsea. But [it] also includes some areas of Battersea - around Battersea Park, Fulham and on what is known as the Peterborough Estate," Mr Mead stated.
In addition, look at spots such as Wandsworth, Parsons Green and Spencer Park, all of which the expert noted have been increasing in value in recent times.
Jonathan Moore, director of Easyroommate.co.uk, recently said those looking outside London should consider Brighton, as there is plenty of demand for rental property.
