A refurbished business park is 90 per cent full.
A number of businesses are showing interest in taking a unit at a refurbished
commercial property complex in Birmingham.
Great Western Business Park on the outskirts of the city has recently been given a new lease of life by the Birmingham Property Group.
The units on offer range from 967 to 10,750 sq ft in size and have already been snapped up by firms such as Network Rail and the Jamaican Food Company, reported the Birmingham Post.
GBR Phoenix Beard's joint letting agent Chris Keye stated: "Phase One of the industrial estate is now 90 per cent let and we are certain that Phase Two will prove equally attractive to occupiers when released over the coming weeks."
Further development could increase the commercial property space that is available to firms looking for a base in the West Midlands.
Property agency Lisney this week noted that Northern Ireland is in need of large commercial property schemes if it is to attract large investors.
