Property investment is a lucrative market to be in.
The most experienced and knowledgeable buyers in the market can make money from
investment property projects, it has been claimed.
Roger Southam, chairman and chief executive of Chainbow, said there are opportunities open to those with the skills to take them.
Speaking shortly after the 15th anniversary of the buy-to-let sector, the expert noted it has changed significantly in recent years.
He noted that conditions have become tougher for buyers, with the gap between income and property prices widening.
This has fuelled a demand among tenants for rental property, so those with real estate to their name may find it is a good time to be in the sector.
"Today ... for the experienced, savvy and lucky landlords the market is the most rewarding, with a positive outlook for those that have decent stock," Mr Southam concluded.
Naomi Heaton, chief executive at London Central Portfolio, recently said that one and two-bedroom flats and houses are among the most in demand in London.
