Data solution specialist opts for Maidenhead commercial property

A new office complex has its first tenant.

A high-class commercial property complex in Maidenhead has been chosen by a company that is looking to expand.

Zetes, a data solution specialist, is the first firm to move to the Horizon development in the Hurley area of the town, reported the Maidenhead Advertiser.

It has marked the move to the sophisticated office complex by appointing two new executives to positions within the company.

Andrew Southgate and Alex Harrow are now the joint managing directors of the UK and Nordic business region at Zetes.

"There aren't many people that can have the benefit of a state-of-the-art working environment yet look out of their windows and see beautiful rolling hills. Horizon is a very striking and inspiring place," Mr Harrow told the newspaper.

Consultancy firm Mercer recently confirmed it has taken over a large portion of the new Quartermile commercial property development located in the heart of Edinburgh, which boasts more than 100,000 sq ft of office space.
